Three people attacked after ‘five rabid dogs’ land in UK from Sri Lanka (Evening Standard)
Three people are being treated for rabies after they were bitten by an infected puppy brought into the UK from Sri Lanka. The dog, which died yesterday, was amongst five dogs believed to be infected with the disease in a quarantine centre in Chingford, Essex.
